Ok, so I didn't even find the PC Gamer Mag until after the preview event, so I couldn't get and fix the toy then... I have purchased mag and added the key... I tried the /bonusitems in Kamadon and got all my preorder items from Chapt1-3 but I didn't see the broken toy... Was this only available during the preview? Anyone else having this problem?

I'm having this exact same problem. I hope this is something that will be fixed soon! I want my minipet!

It appears that it may only work for characters created in Elona as it did not work for the Tyria character I moved over but it did work for the Elona character I created.

I think your right. I got mine it, worked fine.....I made a brand new dervish and when I got into the first town I typed /bonusitems got the "Broken Toy" as well as my preorder items.

Yeah, I am dissapointed as well.

1) couldn't get the toy on my character from tyria(no biggie)
2) Made a character in Elona, typed it in, got it( no biggie)*edit*did not do quest,just got toy
3)Deleted said character in Elona, because it was for trial purpose only.
4) Made a new character in Elona(one i intend on keeping), type /bonusitems= nothing.

Someone please tell me I haven't lost my mini-pet for this stupid reason.

Yes, as far as I know. Each key can only be activated once. There are no trial runs. Sorry for your loss, but you should have tossed the toy in storage or something before even thinking of deleting the char.

If I remember correctly you have to finish the quests before getting the grey giant as a reward...

I have not been able to check this yet, but I'm quite sure the bonus key adds a quest to complete before getting it. Only after that are you able to do the /bonusitem command.

you have to give the people the broken toy bonus item though and now I can't get mine again. Personally, I think this is complete BS and I should have expected something like this to happen.

I just got it, i needed a new elonian character , typed /bonusitems in Kamadan, then went to Mahk in Kamadana needed to do 2 small quests. I then went back to swap broken toy for miniature giant.

The problem im having is I want to use it on my lvl 20 sin for a while but it only works on the elonian char. I guess you wouldnt be able to sell it either.

I am gettting terribly pissed off about this. I have not completed the quest to get the grey giant so I should be able to /bonusitems for my broken toy all I want to. Once you have done the quest you should not be able to do it again.
OMFG i am about to quit forever.

Well none the less, I don't even have a choice now. I am officially over it. I was venting earlier and I'm sorry you guys had to witness it. Funny thing though, I went over to Wal-Mart to just get another magazine, ... They already have the next issue out.
